The outcome measures evaluated Albert test(AT), Line Bisection Test(LBT), Star Cancellation Test(SCT) for USN, and visual analogue scale(VAS) for subjective mood.

Result: After the intervention, the comparison of change score of the two groups, the experimental group showed a significantly greater improvement in LBT and SCT compared to the control group. In comparison of subjective mood between the two groups, the experimental group was significantly greater improvement than the control group.

Conclusion: The findings of present investigation suggest that interventions of own favourite music to the affected side may show improvement of USN in stroke patients.
